Despite booking a one-bedroom suite with the intention of proposing to my fiancée, we found the room to be dusty and unclean upon our arrival. However, my excitement was dampened by a less-than-satisfactory experience with our accommodations. During our recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised to observe improvements in various aspects of customer service, which had previously deterred us from returning. My fiancée and I were regular patrons until the challenges posed by the pandemic led to certain disappointing changes in the casino. I want to begin by expressing my admiration for Ocean Casino Resort, which I used to consider one of the finest establishments on the East Coast.
